Privacy notice

signalBid is run by Collabify Limited (“we”). This notice explains what personal data we hold, why, and your rights. Questions: privacy@collabify.net.

Your account

Your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), passkeys, two-factor settings and sign-in history. We need these to run your account (contract). Billing details are held by Stripe; we keep only a customer reference and your plan.

Your profile and CV

Your headline, skills, rate, IR35 preference, working pattern, locations, clearance level, availability and any links you add. We use them to score roles against you and send the alerts you ask for (contract). If you upload a CV to fill in your profile, we read it and discard the file straight away; only the details you confirm are saved.

Collabify Associate Network

If you join the network, Collabify keeps your CV and profile so it can consider you for contract roles it is filling for clients, and contact you about them. We do this with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from your profile.

• Only Collabify staff can see network members. Other signalBid customers never can.
• We will not share your details with a client without asking you first.
• Collabify may keep internal notes about calls and suitability.
• Leaving the network hides your profile from Collabify at once and deletes your CV. We keep a record that you joined and left.
• We ask approved members every 30 days to keep their availability up to date.

Job adverts and tenders

We list contract roles that employers publish on their own careers sites and public feeds, and public-sector tenders. Adverts sometimes name a recruiter or hiring contact, and tenders a buyer contact. We store only facts about the role and a link to the original, for the legitimate interest of helping contractors and suppliers find work. Employers can ask us to remove their company at signalbid.collabify.net/opt-out.

Emails

We email you about your account and, if you turn them on, roles that match you. Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link. Emails are sent through Resend.

Where your data is kept, and for how long

Our systems are hosted in the UK. We keep account data while your account is open and for 12 months after it closes, then delete it, except billing records we must keep for tax (6 years). Network CVs are deleted when you leave the network or close your account.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, object to its use or ask us to restrict it. Contact privacy@collabify.net. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
